Please find below all the Well Being Workshops and Full Day Workshops on offer during 2023.

Well Being Workshops are Free of charge

The Full Day Workshops – tickets can be found on Eventbrite

Well Being Workshops are every month – except April, August and December – these are FREE of charge. Please bring own lunch, tea and coffee provided.

The Full Day Workshops have now been added and are particularly for Clinicians and Practitioners, but anyone can come to these. Time: 9.30am – 4.30pm – The Full Day Workshops are £95 – tea and coffee and light lunch is provided. The workshops are February through to November (no workshop in August and December).

Friday 27th January 11am – 2pm Well Being Workshop – Become calm and let go of anxiety, learn to breathe away panic. This is Free of charge.
