Thank you to all who came to “Life is Cabaret” by Belle Canto Trio!!! Gabiele McKeown, Heather Sims and Helen Marlow sang wonderful performances of the very famous hits, such as ‘Some Enchanted Evening’, ‘ All that Jazz’, ‘Summertime’, ‘Puttin’ on the Ritz’ and many more! 18 songs in all!! Christian White’ their incredible accompanist also played a solo which was fabulous! Great costumes too really added to the theatrical element. It was very immersive and the group cleverly managed to get round to everyone where they were sitting.
Alison made all the delicious scones, and these were enjoyed with clotted cream and homemade jam, with copious amounts of tea!
The area was decorated with lovely flower garlands by Georgi and John at The Ship – thank you to both!
Jane compered us through the afternoon brilliantly!
